[Milsurplus] Bendix PAT-40A Lightweight Aircraft Transmitter

Looking for any information on this unit.  It appears to have been used in
simular applications as the RCA AVT 112.  It is close to the same size, but
has a built in vibrator power supply.  Uses 3 6V6 tubes.   Crystal Control,
with a low 3 meg crystal installed. Suppossed to have come out of a WACO UFC
7  aircraft.  The fellow was not real sure of the id, but it was a WWII
trainer. He had a picture of the plane that was being junked. The receiver,
tuned from 150 to 500 KHZ, and much the same size.  I passed on the
receiver.
