[Milsurplus] Odd BC-221

Well, actually it's a BC-191/375 Tuning unit's right 1/3 plus the instrument 
out of a BC-221 in a tuning unit case CS-48.  With other extraneous holes here 
and there.  But I didn't recognize the TU portion first time I looked at it 
yesterday, either.
