[Milsurplus] BC-221-AC Power Supply Question

OK.  It's home-brew.  It looks like a fairly close copy of the RA-133-(*) 
except for no tube hold-downs, open fuse holder and some sort of bakelite 
connector for the output.  Looks pretty well done, and I don't see any sign of the 
usual hallmark of the homebrew AC supply for the BC-221, which a rat-tail file 
slot so that you could pull the line cord out and close the battery compartment 
door and burn up the supply.  You can usually ID any BC-221 that has had a 
home-brew AC supply in it by opening the front cover and sniffing for burned 
insulation.
