[Milsurplus] Flag salute by veterans okayed!

   Aren't VETERAN'S issues relavent to surplus collection?
I think it's time VETERAN'S get a fair shake; collecting
military gear should be made easier for veterans.  It's
getting more difficult.
    I think you should have greater access to the gear by
showing a copy of the DD-314; which, many of us are
proud to have in our personal files.  Surely, we deserve
a break in procurement opportunities to keep the history
of military service active.  Sometimes...; er, ah; in most
cases it is, Political.
