[Milsurplus] Flag salute by veterans okayed!

I go with Greg, while in the Corps, I only saluted when covered, but now
being a former Marine, salute when ever I see the Flag. Not so much for our
leaders (or non leaders as to your perceptions), but for those friends that
aren't here now and are "for ever young". I really don't need any ones
permission military of political to salute the flag and never did.
