[Milsurplus] Change 1 to TM 11-800 BC-191-N

Does anyone have subject Change?  I am supposed to but I have spent four out 
of the past eight hours looking for it and it and two copies of the basic are 
nowhere to be found.  

If anyone does, I am interested first in what it has to say about the "why" 
of the BC-191-N.  Like why the skip from -F to -N?
