The LS-50 is the German (of course, former GDR) nomenclature for the
Russian GU-50 tube  (about 40 W output transmitting tube)
In Europe they're as common as the 807's here.
You can google for the GU-50, you'll find vendors.

I have a few spares for my Russian R-104M and R-130M transceivers, but you
should be able to find them for very reasonable prices.
