[Milsurplus] YG-1 antenna needs home , aircraft carrier or air base

Attended a museum excess equipment sale here in San Jose Calif Satuday.
There is available the antenna with rotator for the WW2  YG-1 radio
homing beacon that operated on 241- 251 mcs. The antenna appears to have
never been in service , it is approx 4 ft square and with the rotor base
and weighs in at about 150 pounds. It does not have the control or
bearing indicator just the antenna itself, Navy p/n CWS - 66037.

 

 It would be nice to find it a home with some restoration group. If some
group will come and get it  , I'll go and pick it up and store it ( not
forever) until it can be picked up. 

*****It will be sent to the scrapper this week if no one wants it****
