[Milsurplus] Command Sets VFO ID ?

There's an article in the "Command Sets" book. I don't remember the gist and
it's not handy right now. But i think the VFO you have was maybe based on the
article. I don't know why the second unit you have. I don't think it can be an all-
band power amp. You should take a look at the tube lineup in both; that would
help us  determine what and how it was to be used. 
I had to set mine aside for other priorities. -Hue
