[Milsurplus] TMC Multicoupler info wanted

On behalf of a local club member.  Please respond directly to him.

"Just acquired a TMC Antenna Multi-Coupler AMC-8/505. Although it was
cheap, it was advertised as sold-as-is so I'm expecting the worst.
Anyone familiar with this unit? Am I in for a future of faults and
failures? Is this filled with proprietary devices? 
 
Anyone have a manual I can beg, borrow, steal or buy? I will need to
make a power cord for it, connector looks "standard" 3 pin mil, but I'd
better wait to get the unit and/or the manual. That is unless, someone
knows for sure which connector that is.
