Those 2 are in operation, & in addition the Eldorado, NM (southwest)
hardware was moved to Clear, Alaska to replace the aging BMEWS radars there
(so it is now a "BMEWS radar" though occasionallt someone will call it
"Pave Paws Clear"). I expect that Clear is sufficiently remote that amateur
repeaters are not going to be a problem, leaving just the 2 you mentioned
as likely to be affected. The Robins, GA site (southeast) remains in
mothballed status.

The Otis, Beale & Clear sets are planned to remain in operation for a
couple more decades.
