[Milsurplus] Univac Discriminator Antenna Coupler Type 3224

I have what I believe to be an automatic antenna coupler unit built by 
Univac (Sperry Rand Corp) that I am looking for information on.  The 
only thing I have found is a the following website:

The unit I have looks identical but rotated 90 degrees with respect to 
the mounting surfaces.

There is no information on interface or technical details.  Does anyone 
know anything about these units, I am looking at trying to set up a 
remotely tuned antenna to avoid some covenant problems.  The units 
appears to be hermetically sealed with tire valve for purging.

Any help appreciated.
