[Milsurplus] Military Mike T-17 Jack Insulation Washers

Not sure what you are talking about.  The T-17 has no jack and is not 
connected to any chassis.  If you are talking about the jack that the PL-68 plug on 
the cord attached to the T-17 plugs into, it also is not 3/8 inch and is not 
insulated from any chassis.  INT WTF.
