There is something very odd about this sale. It was first listed at a
very low starting price and rapidly went up to about $500, but the
reserve was not met. It had a BIN price of $5000.

It was extensively discussed on the  Wireless-Set-No19 at yahoogroups.com

After the auction closed with no winners, at least two members of that
Group received Second Chance Offers for about $50 and $75.

Since then it has been up twice more today. The second sale ended with a
Listing Error' and the third as you see it.

I have no idea what's going on, but it could well be phishing and/or a
hijacked account. It's also odd the seller will ONLY sell to Canada when
the set is located very close to the US (just across a bridge)

IMO, the set, if the auction is genuine, is likely worth over $1000 but
not the $5000.
