[Milsurplus] BC-222

I believe extended.Tom and Andy were still in the "experiment" stage 
tuning these up.There is a tuning cap associated with the antenna they 
were working with that seemed to improve matching.No manual,just 
intuition.

Did ya'll have the antennas extended, or in the
"combat" mode with it collapsed?
