I'm still trying to identify this antenna and so far what the experts
have told me is that a CRT-3 is a Gibson Girl.
This is clearly a land use antenna. Comes in a very well padded OD canvas
bag about 30" long. Inside is a telescoping, thin wall tubing, black
anodized, antenna pole. There are 12 sections which are all about 29
inches in length and the effective length of each section is about 24
inches when telescoped, making the pole about 24 feet tall. There are
three round guy stakes, stranded stainless guy wire, and a large antenna
insulator
(Lexan ?). A black plug attaches the antenna insulator and guy wires to
the top of the pole. Another pocket on the bag contains a wooden spool of
copper clad stranded antenna wire.....about 30-40 feet in length.
Components look too modern to be associated with the Gibson Girl.
