Jack,

OK.  I apparently once had a 1st Edition of Volume 1.  Must have failed to 
notice the added foldout or I probably would have kept it instead of the 2nd 
Edition.  And OK on there being two editions of the Surplus Handbook.

I have the Pafenberg 73 Index.  It is centerfolded and stapled, and laid out 
flat is 8-1/2 by more or less 11 so shouldn't be too much trouble to copy if 
no one has an original(s) to sell.
