There is one called the "Surplus Conversion Handbook" which covers about
60 units, has a yellow and black cover, part of the CQ Technical Series,
author is Tom Kneitel K3FLL/WB2AAI. Has an interesting article on
"equipment indicator letters" as the first section.

I don't remember. I know it was canary yellow and 8.5" x 11" and 3/8" to
1/2"
thick. I bought it at ETCO in Montreal ages ago, but haven't seen it in a
while.
I think it only had schemsts and pics of the sets.... essentially no
text.
