I have a Surplus Schematics Handbook, Cowan Publishing Corp., by Kenneth B. 
Grayson W2HDM, Third Printing November 1962. No pictures, just schematics 
and a sentence or so about the set.

I have a yellow one that  8½" x 11 that dates from the late 50s or early 60s 
but
can't find it. It just has a schemat and pic for a number of sets.
