[Milsurplus] LM's

I regularly use my LM-18 with my US Navy equipment. It's very handy
setting the TCS station on the net frequency, and to monitor the
transmitter keying. When my TCM-2 transmitter is ready to go on the air,
it'll be set on frequency and monitored with the LM-18 as well.
