[Milsurplus] R-807 / ART-13

Walt, 

Do you have any information on the R-807 Bort Transmitter?  I think that I
saw one in your Virtual Museum site. I am very curious to see how close the
R-807 and the ATC/ART-13 really are, in looking at mine, I have identified
only a few minor changes so far.
