So your signal source is balanced, such as a dipole? You could either use
a balun at the receiver, or possibly, use two coax conncecting the shields 
together at each end, using  the higher Z coax used for inter computer and
MUX runs, like the 93 ohm or 103 ohm ( or whatever the exact value is... )
That kind of coax may be less expensive and more easily scrounge-able in
leftoevers, than real twinax. -Hue Miller
