I was awfully tempted to bid but then the shipping would be costly
too.My 2/3 GO-9 (I need to aquire the Intermediate Frequency
Transmitter section) arrived here strapped to a pallet. And what would I
do with the 2/3 GO-9 if I won a 3/3 unit?

A little - Carter Feild, was K4GPK (Gold Plated Kilowatt). He sez he's
no longer active on the air. Apparently got interested in military gear
a decade ago or so but I guess he never followed up on it, so he has a
few pieces to sell from an estate he purchased back then. Last auction
I saw was a complete B-17 set back in February, reserve not met at
$1,525, so I suppose he has high expectations. He did all right on the
little vintage gas engine, tho - probably because there didn't seem to
be a reserve on it.

Yess, the supply needs to be 115v 800~.
