Great find. I just pulled my GRC-9 out of the case last night and checked
the TX tubes. Have a broken 2E22 (it rattles and I last time I checked,
that was not a good sign), and the 3A4 modulator tube had no filaments.
Other than that...I may get mine up and running sometime before Christmas,
2009!!
Mine came from Tobyhanna Depot in the early 80s...complete with the tags,
etc. It was rehabed but looks great and it's all original. Got the DY-105
dyno supply for it but, according to Breck Smith, I need to pull it apart
and grease the shaft bearings before firing it up. Ah, yes....real radios
have motors!!
