[Milsurplus] ARR-41 Info

Being that there was never a USAF installation of the ARR-41, I don't 
know why the myth was started in the first place.  The second myth is 
that it is a "flying r-390" .  More appropriately would be a manually 
tuned receiver section from an ARC-38.  I do know of one instance where 
a ARR-41 predecessor was used in a USAF aircraft, the ARR-15 
installation in the EC-121's, but I believe the USAF got the early 
EC-121's from the USN.
