Electric Radio's September cover features  Ted Young, W3PWW, net control for 
the Saturday morning Military Radio Net on 3885. GRC-19 and TCS equipment 
are shown as they were set up at the MRCA meet held at  Gilbert, PA last 
year.  The photo was submitted by Dale KW1I.  Brown, W1NZR submitted details 
of this years meet which are published on the first page under Editors's 
Comments. Nice work by Dale and Brown.
