[Milsurplus] SCR-624 Docs

To those who were waiting patiently or otherwise for this, I finally finished 
it tonight.  Had to re-do from scratch so did the final (1952) Rev since I 
had acquired it since starting the project.  Will ship those already ordered as 
soon as I get the 11x21 foldouts back from the printer (couple of days).
