[Milsurplus] Tube scope amplifier schematics

Looking for examples of tube scope amplifiers with 5MHz or greater
bandwidth. The highest frequency example I have found on BAMA so far is the
Tek 130A 'scope - this has 4MHz 3dB bandwidth.

What I'm looking for may be lurking on BAMA but the model numbers for HP and
Tek - the most likely candidates ? - are pretty impenetrable.
