[Milsurplus] OT - AN/GLQ-2 Jammer sighting

At my PMEL, we had to periodically check certain items, depended on
the item and the user's request even if the item didn't require
regular calibration. We didn't have jammers though, most of the "Cal
not required" items we dealt with were things like HiPot testers, non-
precision power supplies and the like.
