[Milsurplus] INFO ON SRA-17 Antenna Group needed

Any one have info on this Antenna Group. I have several new, still in the 
crate, AS-2687/SRA-17 antennas.

These are 10' fiberglass whip antennas, capable of withstanding 160 MPH winds.

Any info on how they were used on ships/ Subs or on shore? What Frequency 
range? Tx or Rx or both?

Any info appreciated.
