[Milsurplus] HF radio info needed

hi group,
           can anybody assist me,i'm after information about a radio 
type RT/RF(?)-3090 ,manufacturer unknown at this point.i've looked on 
the web for info but i might be using the wrong search string to find 
the info.
i.e. the DB-25 connector on the rear of the radio ,is that the power in?
