Big AF blue binder with the Air University Course 3011 for Radio
Fundamentals. Vol. 5 through 9 covering Transmitters, receivers,
Antennas, circuit analysis, Air Force maintenance records and more.
This course is dated 1960 and has schematics on the BC-450 and single
BC-45X receiver, BC-1158 & PE-186, SCR-522, BC-639 among other items.
Great technical information. As a side note, i have an RCA 195A Vtvm
and i see in this book that it was referred to as a TS-294A/U. $25

Review magazine from 1942. Written by two Bendix engineers and
encompasses the use of this in aerial navigation for obtaining fixes and
methods of doing so along with a discussion of how it works with
associated drawings. $8

Aviation Tech Order No. 5-55 relating to AN/ARN-44 Radio receiving set.
SCOPE: In order to provide homing facilities for aircraft in the
2.0-3.5 mcs band of frequencies, a quantity of AN/ARN-6 equipment's are
being modified. Band 1, formerly covering 100-200 kcs, will now cover
2.0-3.5 mcs. The majority of ARN-6 sets in stock are being modified and
supplied to field units. Units in the field, in aircraft and spares,
will then be modified. July 1955 $8
