[Milsurplus] BC-221B or Q bit. 1 bit

Fella bought BC-221Q outa estate pond 2 weeks back.  It was short
one of two upper panel-to-case lock assy.s.  I know it's same as
ones in a BC-221B, the other Cardwell '221 (tnx 'cab)  Maybe all
'221s have same assy.  Search me.

Told buyer I'd write the list for him.  Hope he/I have Ian's luck

PS: that estate '221 came right up after 62 years & pretty much ran
    per calibration book.  We made 'em pretty good, huh?
