	YMMV -- I've had multiple cases of damage from UPS, and none whatsoever from FedEx.

	What got me away from UPS is that they lied to me, admitted they were lying, and said they were not going to do anything to fix it (all the above in reference to their shipping software). I told them what they could do with themselves, in no uncertain terms, switched to a combination of FedEx Ground and the Post Awful and never looked back.

	So far, so good. The only thing I will add is that with ANY shipping service, no matter who's name is on it, proper packing of any item is critical. Use foam-in-place for delicate or antique stuff, even if it costs a bit to get it done.
