[Milsurplus] TW-7000 help

Well, I need help!!!!!

I was careless (an understatement) an hooked my Datron TW7000 to my  
24V buss rather than the correct 12 V buss.

Despite the fact that it is supposed to have under/over voltage  
protection, it does not come on.

The fuse is OK.

Any one have maintenance docs on this set!!!!
