[Milsurplus] tube spares go to...?

It strikes me that these were for a Mk 19 Set, but I could be wildly off. I've certainly seen the spares set before

  Anyone know what set these spares go to?Interesting in that the tubes 
are secured in sockets on an oddly shaped chassis.
