[Milsurplus] Radio Ranges - Ruminations on the LF/MF band.

I scanned and posted the page from the TO for the Atlanta area.  There is a 
listing of the location of these facilities that shows the location of the 
Augusta facility at 33 36' 26"N, 82 4" 06"W
