[Milsurplus] WERS

WERS participants were given logs and forms to fill
out and test QSO schedules, etc. I have the WWII WERS
log of W8JLH in Ellwood City, PA. It starts off with a
lot of enthusiasm and quickly tapers off to nothing.
So at least in that small town, I think the WERS
particpants quickly became disillusioned.
