[Milsurplus] ARB contracts

Here's what I have:
  CRV-46151 (receiver) has NOs 98559,Feb 23,1942 as does CRV-23254 
(pilot's control box).
  CRV-23256 (operator's control box) has NXsa 22210 and no date. (The 
"a" is actually a capitol "A" but in smaller font.)
