Hey Hutch,

I just spent a little while staring at the schematic.  I suspect some of 
those caps, like the ones switched separately to ground, are used to 
achieve temperature compensation.  Getting proper replacements could be 
quite a chore.  Why don't you see if someone has a parts set that could 
donate the entire module.
