Which volume?  I think Consolidated issued the manuals for the PB4Y and the B-24 in sets of six or seven volumes, IIRC.  I have the Radio volume for the B-24, and one of the mechanical volumes for the PB4Y.  The Radio volume is quite poorly done, being just a re-hash of information from the individual equipment tech manuals, with some incorrect, incomplete, or contradictory diagrams and figures.

That wouldn't be too bad for the complete set of manuals for the aircraft, but it's high for just one volume, by a factor of three, IMO.
