Robt et al.  I've electronics roster for a 1944 Corsair.  VHF ARC4/WE233
in the lineup.  Don't
think Corsairs went anywhere but Pacific.

Further I've somewhere read the pre-war WE233 was used before in, like the
PBJ (love that
name for a B25)  Used to talk to BC-624s on subs

Know island towers used civvy 3105 to RU/GF in SBDs in '43.
