Bill,

I don't have it in the database but if the connector is 3100*-22-2S (where 
"*" could be E, A or B), its function would be to temporarily supply power to 
the power cable of one of the Korean War vintage FM set mounts (MT-297/GR, 
etc.).  Could be a maintenance or service cable.  The cable with the mating male 
connector normally plugs into the radio power junction box in vehicles.  Would 
also be usable with the AN/VRC-12 family, although the cable number is a decade 
older than them.

If you want to sell it, how much?
