If this is what I think it might be, it is a "yearbook" from
the basic training cycle that Mike Campbell was in for his
Army basic training.  I went through basic at Fort Benning, 
and we had the same type book.  Most of the pictures are
taken at the base, but not necessarily containing people from
the unit.
