Dave,

Yes, the date imbeded in the Order Number is the Federal Fiscal Year, which 
from early in the Roosevelt Administration until the Reagan Administration 
ended on 30 June.  So 1470-NY-41 could have been placed any time between 01 July 
1940 and 30 June 1941.  However, the number of Orders place in FY 41 was small 
compared to '42 on.  And keep in mind that the Order Number only gives a clue 
to when the Order was placed, not when an item was shipped.
