The TRC-75 in an aircraft is the ARC-58.

SSB watts PEP. 20 preset channels selectable at any 1 KHz increment. 
Long-range airborne comm set. When provided with suitable antenna coupler, 
automatically tunes and loads into a fixed wire or flush mounted aircraft 
antenna. Operated and controlled from a remote position. Used with B-52, 
C-130, C-135, and KC-135 aircraft. Replaces AN/ARC-21. 110 vac 380-1000 Hz; 
27.5 vdc. TO: 12R2-2ARC65.
