[Milsurplus] Need Epay advice: refuse export buyer?

Hi Hugh - you can watch/cancel the bidders all you want but it does not 
help when someone snipes it in the last 30 seconds. I have found that 
people do not read the entire auction or comprehend what they have read 
and that goes for US and foreign buyers. What is the item #?

You can cancel his bid and block him from rebidding or bidding on future 
auctions. On the other hand, you will most likely get a lot more money 
from an overseas buyer.
