[Milsurplus] Coil slugs anyone

Not long ago I had a Zenith BCB receiver IFT that would not properly
peak.  Problem was an open mica capacitor in the 2nd IFT.  All was well
after soldering a new mica (170 pF) in parallel with the open one.
