Or not :)
The F500Z-4 and Z-5 are 2.7 kHz filters, from the 1977 data sheets.

F500Z5
center freq 501.65
F60L 498.80 MIN
F15L 500.00 MIN
F3L 500.30 MAX
F3H 503.00 MIN
F60H 504.60 MAX

Response variation 3 db
F3H-F3L 2.70 MIN
F60H-F60L 5.80 MAX

INSERSION LOSS 24 DB
source and load resistance 100K
in and out shunt C 105 pF +/- 5 pf

526-9377-00 Basic filter
526-9377-009 Basic filter with mil inspection
526-9377-010 Add to spec F25H 503.50 MIN

Takes Collins 5 pages to say all that :)

Note than filter bandwidths are usually given as minimums at the top
and maximum at the bottom, and filters which pass spec will be better
than those figures. I've got a plot of a F500Z-4 on my web site
http://jlkolb.cts.com/site/mfcurves.htm which measures 3.05 kHz wide
at the 3 db points. I measured the 60 db points as 6.9 kHz wide while
spec is 5.80 kHz max but that may be mostly testing with clip leads
unshielded on the bench. Links to other F500Z-4 filters on the For Sale page.
