[Milsurplus] Wanted: BC-342 parts

Am restoring a BC-342 that has been got at in a big way. In order of importance, I need: A) the resistor terminal board attached to and located immediately behind the RF deck (TB-#4). Also need B) the dial escutcheon, C) rear shields for the RF deck and coil assembly, D) the 3 triple-unit bathtub bypass caps on the RF deck (behind the tubes) and E) a cabinet, to boot.
